11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Sun high in Northwest, [time of report un] at 10 deg. Object in NW at 30 deg azimuth. Observed for 15 seconds, object jumped to 65 deg azimuth, then back to north and stopped for a few seconds. Called for additional witnesses but before they arrived and viewed the object it was disappearing in the West. Round shape, low glisten. Smaller than a full moon. Red concentric and rotating lines. Speed estimated as many times that of a car - Circle like a shell. Initial speed prior to stopping was estimated at 105-130 mph.
