11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Two bright reddish-orange lights. Attracted attention of observer by humming sound (Motor type). Initial impressions that object was one light, not until object got closer were too visible. Object approached observer from Southeast, flew overhead turned and flew away to Northeast, travelling very fast
