ECHO I at 2103 was moving SE, 72 deg azimuth. Pegasus 2021 was moving SE 25-34 deg azimuth.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared as a sphere moving first to the South and then to the East. No sound or trails. Color white, brighter than the North Star. Edges of object appeared smooth, although the object seemed to flutter as it paused in the South.
