11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Object was a bright light over Radio Station tower. Elevation estimated at 4,000 ft. Bright light yellow in back blending to white in front. Object was South of observer. After hovering for a few seconds it appeared to move resolutely to the North and disappeared over the horizon. Followed the curvature of the Earth. Straight flight. Three day delay in reporting observation. Observer more interested in obtaining information on UFO's in general than in reporting his observation.
