11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object moving with morning star. Travelling East or SE. Observed through BX and surveyors scope. Observer on mountain looking down. Object disappeared by fading. Also radar returns at time of sighting.

At time of initial report Astro bodies are in following positions: Jupiter setting in West, not visible during observations of stars/Planets. Venus rising at 110 deg azimuth. Mars high in SE at 35 deg elevation. Spica 15 deg above Venus. Deneb at 5 deg elevation 005 deg azimuth. Vega at 5 deg elevation 030 deg azimuth.

COMMENTS: Radar Evaluation as target anomalies since returns were weak and targets not clearly discernable on each scan. Reporting official indicated that the returns were possible due to false targets and anomalies noted in association between visual objects and Radar report not established.
