10. CONCLUSION Object resembles balloon observation; air release of instrument; change before the value of altitude.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Egg shaped object about 1/4 size of Hercules s/c in arc. C-30 estimated at 20,000 ft., indistinct color. The object observed to break into two. Observer was watching the s/c. High field closure when the object was noted above the s/c. To split with one piece moving, and the other being lost from view.
