11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Initial observation of object thought to be a Satellite, very erratic motions, In sight from West showing HE flight lasted 6-7 minutes, Occasionally blinked out or faded, Appeared to slow down or stop, Bobbed around in all directions.
CONCLUSION: UFO I over Oklahoma at 1:50 CST at 32 deg elevation moving HE, Erratic motion attributed to atmospheric conditions, Motion particularly erratic as object approaches observational bodies and has a reference point in the sky.
