10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object at great altitude. Had several (several) powerful white lights, flashing. Obj moved after first blast; flight to south. Also observed by other airlines in air.

11. COMMENTS No missile launch from Cape Kennedy conforms with sighting, Posn that NAS evidence from balloon was cause observation report additional date requested concerning blast and sighting likely caused by NAS activities however insufficient data for firm evaluation.
