2. LOCATION Marshall, Michigan

3. DATE-TIME GROUP Local 1325 GMT [ILLEGIBLE]

4. TYPE OF OBSERVATION Ground-Visual [HW: Ground-Radar] Air-Visual [HW: Air-Intercept Radar]

5. PHOTOS [REDACTED]

6. SOURCE civilian

7. LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 45 minutes

8. NUMBER OF OBJECTS one

9. COURSE West

10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Light which looked like star changing colors from red to white and back to red. Motion to West at 34 deg elevation. Disappeared in flash. Initial observation in SE.

11. COMMENTS Several stars of first mag in SE but nothing at 8th deg elevation. Picture indicates that object observed at 15 deg elevation rising to 75 deg elevation. No definite positional data recorded. Sighting remains characteristic of Astro body and case carried in this category. <ILLEGAL>

On the case of 27 February, could I have the name of the observers? I think the star evaluation for this is doubtful, since in 45 minutes a star can't change its elevation by 30°. [HW: OBJECT DID NOT MOVE >60°]
