11. CONCLUSION: Possibly a/c, Possibly two sightings. Possibly balloon for one of the sightings. Confusing and conflicting data. Most likely a/c due to description and speed as well as indicated flight path. However information presented conflicts on many of the essential points of data necessary for evaluation.
