10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object appearing like a balloon with haze around it observed through EX. Metallic looking, shiny object. Object looked like balloon climbing out of sight, becoming smaller and smaller, observed in NE initially and disappeared in East. Appeared to be over Wright-Patterson AFB. Had lightlike appendage.
11. COMMENTS Object moving with wind. Balloon. Description, including ascending flight conform with this analysis.
