10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj sighted near Altair. Brilliance about the same as this star. Obj about 10° above Altair and moving to the South or if moving across the sky from SE to NW passing this star. Obj then disappeared into a band of fog. Obj viewed as point of light.

11. COMMENTS ECHO I was over Huntington at 0907 AM on 16 Feb South of the city at 25° elevation moving NW. Duration of sighting not noted. Position is coincident with obj reported. Observation obscured by clouds after 10° flight. Positional info indicates obj moving NW. Sighting characterized as satellite observation. However, witness gave good positions. Data and info presented gives positive indication of NW motion. Most likely a s/c sighting.
