Reddish colored object observed several degrees above the horizon in the west First impression was that object was Mars a few minutes later the object moved higher in the sky and became bigger reaching about 1/4 apparent size of moon Obj had car Mother of boy reporting argued that obj was delta wing a/c However obj moved very slowly no sound appeared as two delta wings w/o fuselae e Low Altitude Duration not reported Inconsistencies in letter and request for additional info sent to witness No reply Case carried as a/c in view of opinion of both witnesses
