Flying saucer observed for 10 minutes before it took off heading north. Observation through 10 x 50 SX. Jets in air at same time believed to be looking for UFO by observer. Witness has observed 14 UFO's since 1957.

No basis for conclusion as to this sighting. Nothing unusual reported a/c in area. Object could have been balloon, other a/c or almost anything. Due to witness' frequency in sighting UFO's, case is evaluated as probably misinterpretation of some conventional object.
