10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Phone rpt fm Popowich at Akron of sighting by Ravenna resident & 3 additional witnesses. Total sighting time 20-25 min. Motion due to yellow lights fading on & off. Appeared to be fairly close to observer & described as a ring of lights. They moved to the SE slowly, Observation fm slow moving car heading toward obj: Obj in West. Told wife about obj and wife told him same: Went out three times: Obj could disappear for about 30 seconds: Red upon disappearance.
