10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Witness could not describe obj, only that it was comparable to a small a/c in size, had blue white flames and a lot of smoke. Obj was believed to hit ground in the ENE flight had slow descent.

11. COMMENTS: Total duration assumed to include the observation of the smoke. Believed to be meteor or decay by the investigating officers. No decays for this date associated with the time of sighting. Possibly a daylight meteor; however, the data is not sufficient for this evaluation. Case listed as insufficient data.
