10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF NOTING Rectangular obj 4x as long as high. Size of DC-3 at 3-4,000ft. Colorless. Fixed green white lights at corners of rectangle burning steadily. Mass of twinkling smaller lights in body. Possible controls 30x length of object distance above. No Sound. Appeared as brilliant flash of light in sky. Sighted at 30dgr elev, 180dgr azimuth. Motionless for 22 minutes at which time it climbed fm sight to S in zig-zag flight. Sighting at night fading into dawn.

11. COMMENTS Object has much detailed description, however, it's position was constant until disappearance at dawn. The star Sirius is in position of reported object. Case evaluated as this Astro body.
