10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Multiple rpts of obj believed to have hit Parker Peak, South Dakota. Exploded. Described as meteor like trailing a cone of fire about eight times lower than main body in area about 100 miles around. Some obsvrs hissing sound accompanied the object.

11. COMMENTS Rptng officer contacted in effort to determine if meteor landed and any possibility of recovery. Efforts were positive but no decays this date. (Going West anyway) Multiple sighting of meteor.
