Observed moving fm SE to NE descending, Estimated alt 150 feet Disappeared behind trees. Straight flight no maneuvers. Total time of sighting [ILLEGIBLE] seconds, bright full moon.

COMMENTS: Investigator considered report vague and observer unsure. Possible reflection fm a/c taking off at Whitman at time. Observer 7 miles fa Base. Possible a/c; however, there is insufficient data for analysis.
