10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two obj's believed to be satellites by observer moving fm overhead to the horizon in 3 1/2 mins. Possibly a/c. Objs had no sound & disappeared star-like.
11. COMMENTS No satellites visible to eye under normal conditions appear in pairs at this time. Echo was over New York heading SE about 35 mins earlier. Duration too short for satellites. Sighting has flight characteristics normal for a/c & case evaluated as an a/c sighting.
