10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING White light without vapor trail moving NE, no approx size w/luminosity of Sirius. Appeared as light only; however, gave impression of being solid. Flight straight & steady w/curve at end of flight. Looked like Echo until it turned.
11. COMMENTS Echo I over Dayton 1 Aug at 0043Z North of city moving NE, Obj under observation moving NE, Sighting has characteristics of a/c at alt Duration & maneuvers are consistent w/this analysis.
