10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [REDACTED] viewed object for 15 min. Time approx. Object was white like star except no twinkling, steady intensity. [ILLEGIBLE] objects were visible going in possible directions. [HW: Manassas thought they were going in different directions] [HW: Object continued to pass over Moraine] Other remained stationary and when visibility stopped watching it was still there, in the distance and also seen as distant stars. Initial sighting about :30.
11. COMMENTS [ILLEGIBLE] given was terminal time. Case evaluated as Echo. Stationary object probably bright star Vega, which was in NE sky during observation.
