BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING "D shaped like a star, comparable to the planet Venus observed to the short object elevation during night, object illumination red and constant contrast, Obj was observed to fly for 3 secs in which time it rapidly continued for an additional 5 secs, total sighting time eight secs, motion was the fast & disappearance of larger abberation."

11. COMMENTS Duration & speed of our consistent wamnyslfs of nature, breaking into two & color changing can characteristic of balloon, case considered as natural sighting.
