10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Red ski, bright green, obsd at 30deg elev 270deg azimuth disappearing over the horizon at 3:56pm azimuth height of 8 mins. Follow zig-zag course of waviness changing to 90deg heading to heading of N as obj passed overhead.

11. COMMENTS Echo was North of the City moving NE at 0573PM Elevation Sidgrs not visible to observer Case evaluated as sighting of Echo I Weather conditions or atmospheric conditions attributed as the cause explanation of the wavering flight.
