10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Luminous obj moving from West to East very slowly crossing sky. Was presumed artificial Satellite by observers. Size & brightness of evening star.
11. COMMENTS On Jul 2 Echo passed New Orleans at Local Standard time at 22:37. Echo would pass Veracruz about 10 mins earlier. Since Veracruz & New Orleans are in the same time zone this could be possible. However, it is possible that one of the other Satellites was observed without confirming data the case is listed as insufficient data.
