10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING An object described as a light and estimated to be very large was observed by witnesses from [REDACTED] in the business section of the city. Witnesses were facing N and object disappeared behind their house. Speed of object was estimated as slow.
11. COMMENTS This sighting was probably due to some light which was responsible for similar reports from Dayton during this period. Searchlight was operating this night and description by witnesses matches that of other reports of light. There is no indication that object of this sighting is an interplanetary space craft bearing life or intelligence in any form or that it constitutes a threat to our national security.
