10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING White-yellowish light was observed moving back and forth for approx 20 min. Objt appeared to fade as it reached limits of its path. Objt would disappear just before reversing its direction. Appeared brighter than a star and quite a bit larger.
11. COMMENTS It was determined that an advertising campaign was underway in Dayton and that a search light was being used to attract attention. Sport fn this light was responsible for objt reported by witnesses.
