10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Very bright objt was observed in western sky that moved very slow toward horizon. Objt was described as appearing like a light. Objt was in sight for 1 hr 15min witness reported objt appeared to flash just before it disappeared.
11. COMMENTS Planet Venus [REDACTED] was probable cause of sighting Planet set at this location at 2130 and was bright enough to attract attention magnitude -3-3 Flashing just as planet set a was probable due to atmospheric refraction and inconsistencies in air mass.
