10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Objt viewed at 40° elevation appearing as star or planet. Objt moved W to E with Northern declination. Disappeared behind clouds at 30° elev. No optical aids.

11. COMMENTS At 23/07/5Z April 1962 Echo was heading almost N at about 450 latitude 164° E longitude. If time of sighting was time of disappearance objt was probably Echo.
