10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One bright obj w/intensity greater than 1st magnitude star visible for 6 mins. Obj at extremely high alt & speed about 1,000 mph. Many stars visible. Obj not considered as a/c or motoro. Initial observation at 330 degrees w/final observation at 090 degrees.

11. COMMENTS Obj has characteristics of satellite observation. Apparent orbital flight direction. Duration of sighting conform w/this analysis. ECCHO data not available. If not ECCHO then one of the other visible satellites.
