10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object sighted at 35° elevation bearing 390° azimuth heading SE. Had brightness of lst Bigstar. Visible for 15 min. No pickup on radar, both air and surface. Observed through sextant while taking celestial fix. Disappeared bearing 123° true at altitude of [ILLEGIBLE]

11. COMMENTS On 22 Feb at 1023Z Echo was at 35° N at a longitude of 113,52 E. At 1038Z Echo was at about 6° N 144° E heading SE. Echo would be visible to the witness during this period. Case is evaluated as Echo I Satellite.
