10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING White object Elev 22° Az 280° going SE disappeared beyond horizon at 05° elev, 130° Az after 20 Minutes observation. Sighting at night. Observed through 25X Telescope. Second smaller object trailing visible only through TX. Notes: On Feb 22 7th Fleet Was at 21,16N 131,40E which is consistent with Fleet maneuvers.

11. COMMENTS At 0910Z Echo was at about 40° N latitude [ILLEGIBLE] E (over Korea.) At [ILLEGIBLE]z it had moved to the equator at [ILLEGIBLE] longitude (over Gilbert Islands). If the fleet was at [ILLEGIBLE] W or off the E coast of Japan this would be a confirmed Zeno sighting. No location was given. However the fleet was Korean to be in this area and object in the sighting is probably Zeno.
