10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Objt appearing as light and as bright as lst magnitude star was observed by witnesses in Key Biscayne, Miami, Florida. Objt which appeared to change brightness was observed until it approached moon at which time it faded. Objt was observed generally overhead and throughout Objt was Echo in that it appeared behind moon and did not reappear.

COMMENTSObjt viewed by witnesses was probably an a/c, a/c was lost f'm view as it approached moon due to brightness of that body Moon was not unlimited at time of sighting Objt (w)as not viewed f'm vicinity of moon, this could be attributed to any of following causes singularly or collectively. 1. Witnesses stared at bright moon and their eyes lost their direction sense and then aimed objt as it emerged. 2. Objt changed direction when in moon glare and did not emerge where expected.
