10. DESCRIPTION OF SIGHTING Observer looking at moon thru BX & saw obj passing at high alt. Looked like a jet except that it was going much as fast as the wind was blowing but could fly. No visible markings. Gave appearance of having delta wings. Moving in a Northern direction at 45 degree angle.

CONCLUSIONS Was Balloon [REDACTED] Balloon Possibly Balloon Was Aircraft [REDACTED] Aircraft Possibly Aircraft Was Astronomical [REDACTED] Astronomical Possibly Astronomical Other: [ILLEGIBLE] Date for Evaluation Unknown Comments: Observer indicated possibility of jet however no duration of sighting was rptd. While there was no mention of tail or winging there is also the possibility of meteor observation. Obj sighted in Feb & rptd in Mar. Received for analysis at FTD in May & no attempt for identification. No threat to security of U.S.
