10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE observed to appear/disappear with and without a telescope. Object described as "star-like" without turbulence and is generally round and reddish-green through scope. Obj appears to stand still, speed up then slow down, change in size and flicker and to disappear and reappear. General position of Obj did not change in Z.
11. COMMENTS [REDACTED] Characterization of Obj indicates that it was probably some light source distorted by atmosphere. Duration of sighting and fact that witnesses have seen it on an other occasions tends to support this conclusion.
