10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: 1. LEVIS report, A/c in flight reported intense light SE at 2335Z. 2. A/c over Puerto Rico observed intense light NW of his position at 2338Z. 3. Report from vessel at 32°56' 67°5X spotted globular object resembling cluster of flashing lights with trail of luminous haze in view for 3 min. 4. Report from San Juan of light moving E very rapidly at 2340Z (received from a/c in flight). 5. At 2335Z object observed by a/c pilot in Puerto Rico. Object described as a ground shaped lights. Object had 2 lights flashing and a halo type cloud encircled the object at all times. Faded at 23:47Z.

6. 200-2 report from a/c pilot over South Carolina enroute to Tyndall of object that resembled a comet or flounder shaped cloud. Halo present. Normal contrail. At twilight from 23:08Z for 5 min.
