10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Objt responsible for sighting was probably planet Jupiter. Description given by witness is that object is characteristic of a planet or star distorted by atmospheric refraction. Reported that an inversion existed in area during time of sighting. Witness never reported any lateral velocity. Due to fact that this fact probably indicates that objt was last sighting took place in a mountainous area been at an elev of 40° but this probably an error made by typist, copying 10° as 40°.

All evidence indicated that objt responsible for sighting was probably planet Jupiter.
