10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round, White objt, far away, in sight 6 min, moving directly E-W. Balloons launched in area 2 hrs prior, however finds moving to SW at low speeds.

11. COMMENTS weather balloons are known to remain aloft and remain in some general area of launch, or returning to area of launch. However, they are generally at an altitude that would make it difficult to see them from ground level and would be under a highly traveled airway and obj was more probably a high flying a/c.
