11. COMMENTS [HW:] UFO [HW:] was probably an s/o/e. It was a dark night. Seen at 13:37 and would not rise until 00:55 on the same day. This sighting was reported by a young witness and it is not surprising that he would not realize that the object of his vision could not be seen. Photographs show unknown lights are on this part of a sky. There is no evidence which would indicate this object was other than an s/o/e.
