10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Red light moving back and forth about 20 deg elevation, small object glowed orange. Note: brilliant searchlight shown from object and it's rays pointed downward at a 45 deg angle were clearly visible.
11. COMMENTS Flight path and speed indicate light s/c light possibly explained as landing lights. Witness stated that a small airport was located in the area of the sighting. Red light assumed to be runway light. As plane turns toward witness it gives the impression of abiding still, only the lights are visible, leading to indicate that this was either than misinterpretation of aircraft sighting.
