No noise. Moved back and forth, always to the NE. Probably atmospheric refraction in pre-dawn hours of planet or star. The appearance of approaching and going away due to change in brightness is due to refraction and cannot be considered as insufficient data. Further check not feasible due to inaccessibility of area from which report received.
