10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round, larger than quarter but smaller than golf ball, color of orange and red flame as flames from a cigaret lighter. Brilliance 4 times that of Venus. Object emitted lights similar to flashes from a sparkler, First observed at [ILLEGIBLE] dog alvy [ILLEGIBLE] dog azimuth. Object moved from overhead to position of disappearance where it remained for 1 1/2 minutes and then just went out.
11. COMMENTS As a celebration flakero's are attached to light balloons and sent into the air in certain sections of South America, It is possible that this was the case.
