11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Delta-shaped object moving from North to South in sight for 20-30 seconds. Hold on included rapid speed with slowing down and finally a complete stop. The object went straight up and finally disappeared. Picture of object (drawing) included with two red and three white stripes.
COMMENTS: Hold on not in accord with duration. Likely that the sighting was caused by an a/c in flight banking and climbing with full throttle. Additional details attributed to the doubtful imagination. Observation made in May 1961, and reported in November 1961.
