10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Silver colored object. Looked like a pie- plate at a great distance. Object disappeared and reappeared, seemed to be blinking.
11. COMMENTS Description indicates that the object was probably a weather balloon. The duration of the sighting is rather short. Balloons are released about 1300 hours by the weather Bureau. Ind was from the West.
