COMMENTS Object was at great altitude to give appearance of orbital flight Check with Space Track determined that the object was not Echo I It's speed would have been subsonic Information offered does not lead to a valid conclusion therefore the case is listed as an unidentified If addition information is received the analysis will be altered depending upon the nature of the additional information.
