X. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING/WITNESS WHILE LOOKING generally S or W observed an objt which was generally round and changing color as it move. Objt was lst bright white but changed to red, orange and back to white. Objt was reported to have moved in a path a to observers right. Then up a to observers left. Witness used 12 x 50 binoculars. Duration of sighting and length of path taken by objt was not reported.

XI. COMMENTS It is possible that objt viewed by witness was either a W balloon, moon or planet Jupiter. Additional info was requested fm witness but to date he has not replied. There is no evidence to indicate this objt presents a threat to security of U.S.
