10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bright burning objt w/greenish yellow flame flashing intermittantly appeared 15-20 deg above horizon traveling E to W. Observed by Missile Officer and Weather Forecaster. Daylight observation.

11. COMMENTS Observers should be familiar w/most possible objts, however, duration of sighting and flight characteristics including speed omitted fm report. Insufficient Data category.
