10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Brilliant, round tapered cone-shaped objt. Conflicting reports on size, from dime size to 4-6 inches at arms length. Vivid red, green, and blue. Trailed fire and sparks. One observer hears sound like sonic boom Extremely high speed. Appeared at unknown elevation, 300 ft Disappeared below trees 300 ft Observer said [ILLEGIBLE] broke into 3 or [ILLEGIBLE] pieces and disappeared behind trees.

11. COMMENTS Description indicates that objt was a rare daylight meteor of such a size that it reached a low enough altitude to be heard when it exploded, as reported by one observer.
