10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Bright light with a red center like a revolving a/c light. No sound appeared about 7" in diameter. Objt appeared 100' fm true N, 45° fm horizon.
11. COMMENTS: Objt was reported to make a circle in southern sky. It is possible that objt was an a/c; however there is insufficient data for a valid conclusion. Only 1 person reported seeing objt even though location of witness is a fairly large city, and objt was not observed to disappear.
12. CONCLUSIONS Was Balloon Possibly Balloon Possibly Airplane
