BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING #1-shape undetermined, brilliant light; short-like, dimming and brightening; Size of dime; Observed elevation approx 200', Observer elevation approx ZSO', Disappeared elevation ZOO', slightly N of first observed position. Observed on boat at: SSZTHN, ZSZLMS. #2-shape undetermined, size of pea; one was dull red; other dull white. Same elevation approx ZOO yds apart. Observed very close to horizon and N&O Disappeared same position Dull red object was probably approx ZOO yds then back to horizon once during Z min observation. Otherwise both stationary.

II. COMMENTS First object reported was probably the planet Venus which was located in vicinity of reported object. Second objects were probably due to searchlights being used by two tug boats located in area at the time.
